These terms and conditions are intended to assist in keeping MillBridge a safe and secure place to inform the public in New Zealand and around the world of death notices.

While MillBridge may facilitate payment for some items by credit card, MillBridge is in no way involved in the transaction itself, and responsibility for any refund rests with the user to settle any dispute with the Credit Card payment company.

This web site and the content on it is owned or provided by MillBridge and some of it is subject to copyright and other proprietary rights. You must not copy material that is subject to copyright from the site, or copy or use our trade marks including the MillBridge logos, except if you first obtain our written permission.

13. Security at MillBridge
MillBridge operates deathnoticesonline.co.nz under strict protocols to protect the security of information.
1. Only REGISTERED Funeral Directors/Arrangers will be able to enter Death Notices onto the MillBridge website.
2. Death Notices cannot be added to the MillBridge website by the public.
3. Every Funeral Director will be given a unique Username and a randomly generated Password.
4. MillBridge does NOT share any personal information what so ever with any third party.
5. MillBridge is totally independent. MillBridge and its directors have NO vested interested or hold any shareholding in any Funeral Directing/Arranging business.
6. Our payment system for tributes is through an independent secure system operated by Paymex Ltd, a widely acceptable credit card payment company. MillBridge does NOT collect any credit card details from the public.
7. All tributes maybe screened by MillBridge for content and MillBridge may remove all or any part of a tribute that is or contains material that is obscene, offensive, upsetting or defamatory. This decision is at the sole discretion of MillBridge and no refund of any fees shall be given.
